- Non volatile residue & silicone oil, amines, phthalates, surfactant using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR)

- Hard particles using Scanning Electron Microscope with Energy Dispersive X-Ray Analyzer (SEM / EDX)

- Extractable metal test using Inductively Coupled Plasma with Mass Spectrometer (ICP / MS)

- Condensable volatile residue test using GC / MS with autosampler

- Liquid particle counts using Liquid Particle Counters (LPC)

- Organic extractable test using GC / MS with autosampler

- Ion contamination using Ion Chromatographs (IC)

- Corrosion test using humidity chamber

- Copper wire corrosion test

- Boiling test

- Cleanliness test for cleanroom parts, swabs, gloves, wipes, plastic bags, moisture barrier bags, packing materials and other related cleanroom materials
