ANALYTICAL LABORATORIES
(SINGAPORE) PTE LTD Analytical Chemists;
Environmental and Materials Testing |
RoHS Related Samples
We provide independent laboratory testing of material contaminants in electrical and electronics parts as well as its finished products. Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to perform tests for compliance with the RoHS directives (Restriction on the use of Hazardous Substances), Japanese JIG, “Green Procurement” requirements as well as other relevant international standards. |
|
|
We are capable of conducting tests according to the following: 1.
IEC 62321 (RoHS tests) It entails the determination of restricted hazardous substances mentioned below: - Lead (Pb) - Cadmium (Cd) - Mercury (Hg) - Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+) - Flame retardants such as Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBBs) and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs).
The analyses of the above substances are necessary for compliance to meet RoHS requirements for electrical and electronic equipment exporting to EU countries. Notably, we are accredited to ISO 17025 for RoHS testing of
electrical and electronic equipment. Hence, we have endorsed and proven our
reliability and competency in this area of testing. 2.
IPC TM650 and JPCA ES01 (Halogen free tests) They entail the determination of restricted hazardous substances mentioned below: -
Total Chlorine (Cl) -
Total Bromine (Br). 3.
Relevant international standards (Banned hazardous substances tests
that include, but not be limited to the following:) They entail the determination of banned hazardous substances mentioned below: -
Heavy Metals ·
Arsenic (As) ·
Antimony (Sb) ·
Beryllium (Be) ·
Bismuth (Bi) ·
Cobalt (Co) ·
Nickel (Ni) and etc -
Flame Retardants Inorganic
Flame Retardants: ·
Red Phosphorus (as Total Phosphorus) ·
Antimony Trioxide (as Antimony) and etc. Organic
Flame Retardants: ·
Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), ·
Terphenyls (PCTs) ·
Tetrabromobisphenol-A (TBBPA) ·
Hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) and etc -
Other Banned Hazardous Substances ·
Azo dyes ·
Phthalates ·
Formaldehydes and etc AT ANALABS, we continuously upgrade ourselves to meet the challenges and changes to the new requirements in the testing of restricted and banned hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. |
